This offering is for those wanting to explore the resources available to them within Cape Town before or during pregnancy to navigate the optimal type of care for themselves. They can be done as a phone or video call too. These sessions are ideal to use for preconception or early pregnancy counselling or to establish whether we could work together.
Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Doula Support - **R5 000
This offering is for those seeking support & companionship for pregnancy, birth & 2weeks postpartum. A total of 4 home visits offered between the pregnancy and postpartum period plus non-medical birth attendance
Additional Pre or Postpartum Home Visits - R500 - 60 minutes
An offering beyond the visits provided for those who may need or those seeking additional non medical care independently from your primary care provider.
Home Birth Information Group Session - R800 for a 2hour session
This offering is for groups of at least 3 to max 8 people, wanting information specifically on homebirth. Cost is split between attendees.
Transition Ceremonies - starting cost from R2 000 upwards for a 2 and a half hour session
This is a powerful ceremony to honour and celebrate the transition from maiden to mother. These ceremonies can be used as part of a birth celebration or to honour a pregnancy loss or as part of debriefing for birth trauma.
I also offer these ceremonies to those experiencing other life transitions such as miscarriage, divorce, terminal illness or any life experience transitions you're wanting to memorialize. Transition ceremonies can be scheduled from March to November
Autonomous Pregnancy & Birth Information Session - R500 - R800 for 60/120 minutes
An offering for those seeking sovereignty in their pregnancy & or births. Together we explore what your needs are to feel empowered to birth in your own power.
