This offering is for those wanting to explore the resources available to them within Cape Town before or during pregnancy to navigate the optimal type of care for themselves. They can be done as a phone or video call too. These sessions are ideal to use for preconception or early pregnancy counselling, guidance and referrals to other service providers or to establish whether we could work together.
Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Doula Support - *R6 500
This offering is for those seeking non-medical support & companionship for pregnancy, birth & 2weeks postpartum. A total of 3 pre-birth and 2 post-birth home visits offered
Pre or Post Natal Home visit - R650 for 1 hour
This service can be used by clients wanting additional visits not included in the primary package or for clients needing a home visit who are not on my books
Home Birth Information Group Session - R850 for a 2hour session
This offering is for groups of at least 3 to max 8 people, wanting information specifically on homebirth. Cost is split between attendees. Excludes travel fee.
Transition Ceremonies - starting cost from R1 500 upwards for a
2 and a half hour session (excl travel fee)
This is a powerful ceremony to honour and celebrate the transition from maiden to mother. These ceremonies can be used as part of a birth celebration or to honour a pregnancy loss or as part of debriefing for birth trauma.
I also offer these ceremonies to those experiencing other life transitions such as miscarriage, divorce, terminal illness or any life experience transitions you're wanting to memorialize. Transition ceremonies can be scheduled from March to November
Autonomous Pregnancy & Birth Information Session - R500 - 60mins / R750- 90 mins / R900 - 2hours
These are one-on-one offerings for those seeking to explore self-directed pregnancy care & autonomous birth. Together we explore what your needs are to feel confident to birth in your own power. Can be done online or in person. (excludes travel fee)
